]]>Rae (Insecure), Awkwafina (The Farewell), Corrin (The Crown), and Jones (Parks and Recreation) are some of the biggest stars joining Black Mirror in the seventh season, but they’re not the only ones. Peter Capaldi (Doctor Who), Paul Giamatti (The Holdovers), Tracee Ellis Ross (Black-ish), and Chris O’Dowd (The Big Door Prize) also agreed to hop on board.
Season 7 will also star newcomers Patsy Ferran (Life After Life), Lewis Gribben (Somewhere Boy), Osy Ikhile (Citadel), Siena Kelly (Adult Material), Rosy McEwen (The Alienist), Harriet Walter (Succession), and Paul G. Raymond (Horrible Histories), in addition to featuring several actors returning to the Black Mirror universe.
Billy Magnussen, Jimmi Simpson, Cristin Milioti, and Milanka Brooks will be back for another ride on USS Callister after Netflix announced the sequel of this Emmy-winning episode. They dropped a short teaser back in March, which featured a tagline “USS Callister will return… Robert Daly is dead, but for the crew of the USS Callister, their problems are just beginning.”

]]>Shōgun was the main contender at this year’s Emmy Awards with a total of 25 nods, and it managed to live up to the hype. It won 14 trophies at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards and four more at the Primetime Emmy Awards for a total of 18, thus setting a record for most wins by a series in a single year. It also made history as the first non-English series to win the outstanding drama award.
It was also a night to remember for The Bear, despite the fact it lost the outstanding comedy series award to Hacks. FX’s hit series walked away with four trophies at the Primetime Emmy Awards for a total of 11 wins this year, making history as the most coveted comedy series in a single season.
Netflix’s viral hit Baby Reindeer also lived up to the hype and emerged as one of the top winners with four major awards. It was named outstanding limited or anthology series, while its leading duo Richard Gadd and Jessica Gunning won awards in the acting field.
Eugene Levy and Dan Levy joined forces to host the 2024 Primetime Emmy Awards, which took place on September 15 at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles.

]]>After spending the past three seasons on an amazing journey of self-discovery, Benedict will finally get the chance to look for true love in Season 4. His refusal to settle down and put down roots will go out of the window once he meets the captivating Lady in Silver at his mother’s masquerade ball.
Season 4 will be based on Julia Quinn’s third Bridgerton novel An Offer From a Gentleman, and showrunner Jess Brownell decided to wait before telling this story for a reason. She explained her choice to Tudum by saying, “[Benedict] is someone who has big appetites, and we wanted to see him living a big life before he goes into settle-down mode.”
Luke Thompson will return as Benedict Bridgerton in Season 4, and he found a perfect partner in crime in Yerin Ha, the star of Halo who’ll soon appear in Dune: Prophecy. Her character Sophie Beckett is the daughter of a wealthy earl, who spent her life living in poverty after he refused to acknowledge her as his legitimate child.
