]]>After partnering up with Universal Pictures on his latest film Oppenheimer, which won seven Oscars at this year’s Academy Awards, Nolan is gearing up for another collaboration with this studio. His next film will hit the theaters on July 17, 2026, and plot details are still being kept under wraps.
Nolan’s new film was one star-studded affair even before Nyong’o was added to the cast. This project will mark the reunion between Nolan and Matt Damon, who recently starred in Oppenheimer, and Anne Hathaway, who appeared in his films The Dark Knight Rises and Interstellar. It will also star two of Hollywood’s brightest young actors – the Spider-Man co-stars Tom Holland and Zendaya.
They’ll be joined by Lupita Nyong’o, the Oscar-winning star of 12 Years a Slave, who found mainstream fame with the role of Nakia in the Black Panther franchise. She also starred in Queen of Katwe and Us, voiced characters in The Jungle Book and the Star Wars sequel trilogy, and most recently led A Quiet Place: Day One.

]]>After co-writing the script for Crazy Rich Asians and making her directorial debut with Joy Ride, Adele Lim is ready for the next big thing. After being a diehard fan of The Princess Diaries for years, she’s getting ready to direct the third film in this franchise, and she promised it would celebrate the story’s core tenants of female power, joy, and mentorship.
Shortly after Lim was announced as a director, Hathaway took to social media to announce she’s coming back to Genovia as Mia Thermopolis. She teased her return in a video that shows her counting to the number three, while the videos from the original films play in between, and promised that the magic will continue in the third film.
Based on Meg Cabot’s hit young adult book series, The Princess Diaries and its sequel The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement chronicled Mia Thermopolis’ transformation from an awkward teen to the future queen of Genovia. This franchise also starred Julie Andrews, Héctor Elizondo, Heather Matarazzo, Mandy Moore, Caroline Goodall, Robert Schwartzman, and Chris Pine.

]]>Marvel shared many exciting news about the future of the MCU at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con. Avengers: Endgame directors the Russo brothers announced they’re returning to direct two new films – Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars – and they’re not the only ones making a comeback.
New Avengers movies call for a new big baddie after Jonathan Majors exited the franchise as Kang. Doctor Doom seemed like a perfect villain to help the MCU step into the new age, and his casting was announced in the most theatrical fashion.
A group of masked figures in olive robes stepped on stage at Comic-Con, along with a mysterious man wearing Doctor Doom’s signature green colors. He took the mask off and the room erupted into cheers after it was revealed that the man behind the mask was Robert Downey Jr.
“New mask, same task,” Downey told the audience, alluding to the fact he previously played one of the MCU’s biggest heroes – Tony Stark aka the Iron Man. He’ll now get to try his hand at playing a villain in Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars, set to come out in 2026 and 2027.

]]>Nosferatu has been described as “a gothic tale of obsession”, which centers on the terrifying vampire infatuated with a young woman, who causes untold horror to get her attention. It’s based on the German silent film Nosferatu: A Symphony of Horror, which draws inspiration from Bram Stoker’s horror classic Dracula.
Bill Skarsgård will lead the cast as Count Orlok aka Nosferatu, while Lily-Rose Depp will play Ellen Hutter, the woman he’s obsessed with. Nicholas Hoult will join them as Ellen’s husband Thomas Hutter, Count Orlok’s real estate agent who’s completely unaware that his new client is a violent, centuries-old vampire. The rest of the star-studded supporting cast includes Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Emma Corrin, Ralph Ineson, Simon McBurney, and Willem Dafoe.
Nosferatu is one of the most highly-anticipated horror movies of 2024 because it hails from writer/director Robert Eggers, the mastermind behind The Witch and The Lighthouse. It’s scheduled to be released by Focus Features on December 25.

Ariana Grande’s music videos are always worth waiting for, and her latest sees her trying to seduce Penn Badgley dressed as Catwoman. Brandy and Monica, whose song of the same name served as inspiration for “The Boy Is Mine”, also make a cameo.
“Chihiro” quickly emerged as one of the fan favorites from Billie Eilish’s new album Hit Me Hard and Soft, and she decided to treat us to a music video for this song, starring Paper Towns actor Nat Wolff.
Raye rocked our world with her breakout hit “Escepism” and the music video for her new single “Genesis” is one wild ride from start to finish, just like this seven-minute song itself.

Judging by the first look at Season 4, Hemsworth did a pretty good job getting ready to become the next Geralt of Rivia. The short teaser sees him making his way through the woods with his horse on a foggy night, only to turn around when a mysterious growl catches his attention to reveal the new version of the iconic character.
The brief teaser was released shortly after Season 4 kicked off production in the UK.

]]>Sabrina Carpenter made her relationship with the Saltburn actor Barry Keoghan music video official in “Please Please Please”. They’re channeling their inner Bonnie and Clyde in this cheeky visual about a pair of criminals in a volatile relationship.

It’s shooting back-to-back with Season 5, which will serve as the show’s grand finale, and creator and showrunner Lauren Schmidt Hissrich promised it would bring Andrzej Sapkowski’s books to an epic and satisfying conclusion.
