Tom Hiddleston Takes Us on Another Time-Traveling Adventure in “Loki” Season 2 Trailer

The first season of Loki was met with rave reviews, and expectations are running high for its next chapter. Disney+ finally shared the trailer for the second season of this beloved Marvel show, which sees the God of Mischief embarking on a time-traveling adventure.

The first trailer for Season 2 of Loki reunites us with Tom Hiddleston and Owen Wilson’s Mobius, who are seeking help from Ke Huy Quan’s newly introduced character OB. He’s a Time Variance Authority archivist, who informs Loki he’s suffering from a condition known as time-slipping.

Things get darker from there, as Loki gets reflective in a poignant voiceover, saying he’s been pulled through time, between the past and the present, and that there’s nothing that stands between this world and utter destruction if what he witnessed is true.

Eugene Cordero, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Sophia Di Martino, and Tara Strong will also return in Season 2, and so will Jonathan Majors, who’ll play a variant of Kang the Conquer known as Victor Timely. The next season will also feature several new cast members, including Rafael Casal, Kate Dickie, and Liz Carr.

Loki will return for its second season on October 6 and it will feature six new episodes.
